Civara Group is Changing the World

Our Approach

Civara Group is comprised of leading edge experts in a variety of fields, that through collaborative cooperation, have the combined expertise to see any thermal treatment project through conception to full commercial operations. We start with your problem and work with you to determine what your best solution looks like. We believe that waste is a resource that can be up cycled and monetized to maximize value and directly contributed to sustainability.

Our approach begins with analyzing your different varieties of waste streams and complete an assessment of their potential pathways to created value. We then utilize this understanding to meticulously select specific thermal treatment systems and arrange them in a configuration that maximizes value for you . Finally, we provide all supplementary equipment needed for the execution of the plan that you and your team have created with our guidance.

What We Do

Civara Group works with centralized waste facilities to apply proven pyrolysis and dehydration technologies to convert waste wood, biomass, organics, and municipal solid waste into alternate fuels and other high-value bio products. This integrated approach lowers disposal costs, reduces environmental impact, and advances solutions in waste management, carbon sequestration, renewable energy, and food sustainability. Supported by over 50 years of combined team experience and strategic partnerships across waste processing, biochar production , and project financing, our model is demonstrated, scalable, and built for long-term sustainability.

We provide state-of-the-art transfer and processing services that optimize the sorting, recycling, and disposal of materials. Our goal is to streamline resource recovery for our clients and collaborative partners, while adhering to the highest safety and regulatory standards.

Technological Innovation

We have vetted the best quality thermal treatment systems for different biomass feedstocks that output the highest quality alternate fuels and up-cycled bio products. Our commitment to operational excellence and innovation drives our ability to develop sustainable resource recovery solutions.

Community Engagement

We actively engage with the communities we serve to promote resource recovery, recycling education, and environmental awareness. We believe that through collaboration we can create cleaner, healthier, and sustainable neighbourhoods. Our employee’s well- being, as members of these communities, is a central focus.

Community Engagement & ESG

Omnia Training Program is utilized to train staff in the communities with which we collaborate and depoly our equipment, creating high-quality, long term employment with Civara Group. We engage with each community and site operators to hire and retain community members for all necessary site level operations.

BIX Origin Platform is used for data collection, aggregation and retention to generate verifiable carbon offsets for our sites and associated operations. This proprietary software is used, both internally and externally, ensuring the highest standard is achieved for our and our collaborators’ carbon sequestration targets.

Educational Programming encompasses close engagement with local K-12 programs that allow the student body to visit and tour our sites. By demonstrating the opportunities in waste diversion and bio product up-cycling, we believe we are fostering the next great innovational leap.

Green School Initiative Program

We support municipalities who collaborate with us to deploy our equipment. Five percent of the capital cost for our technologies will be earmarked for a Green School Initiative Program, administered by the municipality and the local school board, with our ongoing support.
